Every Satraag piece is carefully prepared before it begins its journey to you. We believe the experience of receiving your order should reflect the same care and craftsmanship that went into creating it.

Shipping

Order Processing

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days.

During launches, festive seasons, or periods of high demand, dispatch may take a little longer. If this happens, we'll keep you informed.

Delivery

Most orders within India arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

Packaging

Your saree is packed with care using thoughtfully chosen packaging designed to protect your garment while keeping unnecessary waste to a minimum.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope your Satraag piece becomes one you reach for often.

If you've received the wrong item or a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

If you wish to return a product for any other reason, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is:

• Unworn and unwashed.

• In its original condition.

• Returned with all tags and packaging intact.

Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, you'll receive store credit equal to the value of your purchase. Store credit can be used toward any future order on Satraag and does not expire.

At this time, we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
