We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product photographs accurately represent our products.

However, colours may appear differently depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, and photography conditions. We cannot guarantee that the colour displayed on your screen will exactly match the physical product.

All product prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Most orders within India arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, weather, public holidays, natural events, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Once your order has been handed over to the delivery partner, delivery is subject to the carrier's processes and conditions.

9. Returns, Exchanges and Store Credit

Our returns and exchange terms are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy.

If you receive an incorrect item or a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Eligible returns for other reasons may be requested within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions specified in our Shipping & Returns Policy.

Approved returns will generally be issued as store credit rather than a refund, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
